What we ask people to tell us
A useful review says which tour you took, roughly when, and one concrete thing that made the day. “The boat was on time and the guide spotted a turtle within ten minutes” tells the next traveller more than “great trip”. If something went wrong, say that too — we publish those as well, because a wall of five stars tells nobody anything.
Why reviews are read before they appear
Every review is read before it goes on the site. Not to filter out criticism, but because an open form on a travel site collects a great deal of spam. Expect about a day between writing and seeing it here.
Where else people write about us
Some travellers prefer to leave feedback where they found us. The traveller community groups run in English, French, German and Italian, and people often post photographs and notes there straight after a trip.
