Jetski tour in Zanzibar

Run from the north coast where the water stays deep through the tide cycle.

Zanzibar's water is warm, shallow and clear, which makes it forgiving for a first time on a jetski. You ride from the beach with a guide alongside, so there is no experience needed and no licence involved.

Sessions run in 30 minute and 1 hour slots. Two people can share one machine, taking turns, which is the usual way couples do it. Everything is supervised and life jackets are provided.

Best in the morning, when the wind is down and the sea is flattest. The afternoon picks up, which suits confident riders and makes it harder for beginners. Bring a towel, sunscreen you do not mind losing to salt water, and a strap for sunglasses.
