Things to do in Nungwi

Nungwi is at the northern tip, and it is the one beach where the tide barely moves the waterline. That is why it is busy, and why it is the safe answer if you only get one beach day.

Water sports. Jetski, parasailing, kayaking and diving.
Baraka Aquarium. Swim with rescued sea turtles in a natural tidal pool.
Mnemba snorkelling. Tropical fish, and a chance of dolphins.
Sunset dhow cruise. The best sunset experience on the island.
Nightlife. Coccobello, Cholo’s, and beach parties.
Nungwi Beach. Swimming at any tide, in clear water.

A mix of adventure, doing nothing, and staying out late.
